Welcome to Posterlink. Posterlink is a German Website. Posterlink provides its services to you, accessed through our website on the following terms and conditions. By accessing any Posterlink Services, including by visiting our site, you are accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
02. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Posterlink and its customers in the current version at the time of conclusion of the contract. (2) Our terms and conditions apply exclusively. Conflicting or deviating from our terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless concertposter.com has agreed in individual cases in writing.

04. FULLFILLMENT
The place of fulfillment for all services arising from the business relationships existing with the seller as well as place of jurisdiction is the seller's place of business, as far as the buyer is not a consumer but a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law.
05. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you access the Posterlink Services or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email, by posting notices on our site, by sending messages through other electronic means. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
06. TRADEMARKS
The Posterlink trademark and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Posterlink, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, in any manner that disparages or discredits Posterlink or in any other manner that violates Posterlink or its affiliate's rights in its Posterlink trademarks and trade dress. All trademarks not owned by Posterlink or its affiliates that appear when accessing the Posterlink Services are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Posterlink.
7. YOUR ACCOUNT
If you access or use the Posterlink Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, tablet, phone or other electronic device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Posterlink does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with paypal. If you are under 18, you may use Posterlink only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Posterlink reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
8. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Posterlink respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please Contact Us.
9. PRICES AND OFFERS
All offers are non-binding. Illustrations are not binding. Improvements or changes of the performance are permissible, as far as they are reasonable for the buyer considering the interests of Posterlink. Price changes reserved. In case of a price increase, the customer is not bound by his order. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours. Posterlink does not guarantee the delivery times specified in the program.
10. REDELIVERY
I. The Deliverer keeps shipments in which the recipient has not been reached only 5 (five) working days. Should your delivery not be picked up in this period, or is the shipment, for whatever reason, undeliverable, it will be sent back to the sender (Posterlink). Extra costs incurred by returning, processing, etc. may be charged to the purchaser.
II. If the goods are not picked up or not accepted, although there is no guarantee or warranty claim, Posterlink is entitled to charge a lump sum of 20 EUR. The proof of higher costs for poster link or lower costs with the customer remains reserved. A re-dispatch of the returned goods can only be made after re-payment of the shipping costs.
11. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Posterlink are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
12. RETENTION OF TITLE
Until complete payment of all existing claims against the customer delivered goods remain the property of Posterlink. By ordering through our web site, the buyer accepts our terms and conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
13. CONCERT POSTER SIZES
The posters have the following original sizes:
DIN A1 (60 cm x 84 cm / 23 inch x 33 inch) Standard Size
DIN A0 (84 cm x118 cm / 33 inchx46 inch) Medium Size
4/1 (168 cm x 118 cm / 66 inch x 46 inch) media
Individual sizes for international posters
The dimensions given here are only approximate sizes and can differ per poster by a few centimeters.
Large posters can consist of several parts. Greater deviations from the standard are indicated in detail in the respective object.
14. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Posterlink attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Posterlink does not warrant that product descriptions or other content accessible through the Posterlink Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Posterlink itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
15. COMPLAINTS
Posterlink are excluded from redemption and exchange.
Complaints must be reported to us immediately, but no later than within 5 days in writing. Transport damage must be confirmed by the deliverer. Since we are not responsible for transport damage, we reserve the right to assign own claims against the carrier to the customer. The customer is obliged to investigate and notify defects even if he is not a merchant. Our liability is limited to intent, in the case of gross negligence to direct damages excluding loss of revenue or consequential damages
16. PAYMENT METHODS
Posterlink accepts paypal payments only.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I. The Posterlink services are provided by Posterlink on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Posterlink makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its site, applications or otherwise or the information, content, materials, or products accessible through the Posterlink services. You expressly agree that your use of Posterlink services is at your sole risk.
II. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Posterlink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Posterlink does not warrant that the Posterlink services or any means used to access the Posterlink services, or any e-mail sent from Posterlink are free of viruses or other harmful components. Posterlink will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
III. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.
18. APPLICABLE LAW
By accessing or using the Posterlink Services, you agree that the laws of Germany, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Posterlink.
19. DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to products you purchase through Posterlink or any use of the Posterlink Services shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Munich, Germany, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the German Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. All other disputes involving Posterlink shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court in Munich Germany, including but not limited to and disputes involving violation or infringement of any parties' intellectual property rights including but not limited to trademark, trade name or copyright interests.
20. PURCHASES
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time and Posterlink reserves the right to raise or lower prices at any time.
21. SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy Policy posted on our site. These policies also govern your use of the Posterlink Services. We reserve the right to make changes to the Posterlink Services, our site, our application, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
